The building has two roof terraces of 2,500m2 and 500m2. These have been designed to maximise clear views out across the River Thames. The largest of these gardens contains two linear water rills with pools and cascades forming the main feature. Iroko timber is used to form the planters and seating elements with herbaceous perennial planting and evergreen hedging providing colour throughout the year. An area of York Stone paving provides space for corporate entertaining and events, whilst a lawn is provided for use in the summer months. Part of the terrace includes space for office workers to grow their own plants and food, with beehives installed to some of the non-accessible roof areas.
