2014 modern remodel of a 1960’s ranch home on Bird Key in Sarasota. BORDEN Landscape Architecture was tasked with new hardscape designs for driveway, pedestrian paths and pool deck areas. A clean and contemporary tropical plant palette was selected to accentuate the horizontal facade and provides the homeowners with a beautiful courtyard with fountain adjacent to the front entry.
