The landscape design of Hebil Bay is developed on a dual scale: globally the settlement and individually the private gardens of the villas, the project uniforms the landscape through the vegetation choices, the pathways and the restoration of the existing environmental & natural conditions.

The landscape design also characterizes every single villa lot as a different variant that creates personalised garden spaces which act in a harmony with the rest of the landscape design.The Private garden is an oase of Turkish delight with more than 200 varieties of plants and trees. Indoors and outdoors spaces are inextricable. Most meals are taken outside, and dining terraces, tented by sailcloth, feature mammoth teak tables broad benches and banana wood settees with Ottoman motif pillows.

The olive trees are individual art pieces by nature and the large rocks, original to the landholding, seems totem sculputeres. There are two swimming pools, one for the children and one for grandfathers.The teak is the material for the outside paths near the swimming pools and the relax zone.
